Pluralism ignores the fundamental and often contradictory core claims of different religions. For instance, the identity of Jesus (God incarnate vs. a prophet vs. a man) cannot be simultaneously true in the way different religions claim.
Jesus' statement in John 14:6 is clear: 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' The Gospel is uniquely centered on God reaching down to man, rather than man climbing a mountain to reach God.
